The share of moeny on education is decreasing in large amounts. Education spending amounts grew from 17.8% in 1991 up to 19% in 1996 .
Also school's lunch and breakfast programs grew from 3.3% in 1991 to a total of 4.8% in 1996.

February 14, 2011 Governor's Update : Education Reform & Job Growth
About 97 percent of the teachers who get to three years and one day get tenure. They also think that the charter schools are a big piece of tenure. They also think that if other schools are like charter schools then they may work better.
