Where’s the Money Going? Changes in the Level and Composition of Education Spending, 1991-96

The share of moeny on education is decreasing in large amounts. Education spending amounts grew from 17.8% in 1991 up to 19% in 1996 .
Also school's lunch and breakfast programs grew from 3.3% in 1991 to a total of 4.8%  in 1996.
